Our Mission
Bay Island Impact exists to partner with missionaries in the Bay Islands of Honduras, Central America, who are committed to Biblical justice - spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ while also meeting the physical needs of people living in poverty. We seek to do this by raising funds, leading missions teams, and organizing projects. Our purpose is to offer a chance at a better life to people who dream about the life that we already have.

Isaiah 58:6-7
Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter - when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood.
Matthew 25:35-36, 40
‘For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.
